Introduction

  • The main purpose of burners are to transfer additional heat to TEG for extra to power generation
  • The main purpose of BMS is to create proper signals for burner protection, normal operation and shutdown startup control within normal operation and shot down, start up control within
  • Combined cycle unit consist of GT and HRSG
  • Each HRSG have 3 separated Horizontal Duct Burner Row 3 Burner elements have independent operation cycle within 10:1 turn down ratio
  • For optimal heat distribution over HRSG, simultaneous operation of elements is recommended.

The S7F Systems Optional Package


The S7 F Systems optional package is available for the configuration and programming of the S7F System.


• Configuration of the F-I/Os with HWCONFIG.

• The Failsafe Blocks library for the programming

• Integration of F-Blocks in the F user program via CFC.

Fail-safe User Program


The user program on the CPU consists of:


1.Safety-related sections (Safety Program)

2.Non safety-related sections (Standard Program)


The Safety Program is written in separate CFC charts.


A combination of F and standard blocks in one chart is not permissible and is detected during compilation.


Data transfers between the standard and the Safety Program are carried out via conversion blocks.
